LASER CUTTING

We offer laser cutting on our two Amada lasers. Our FO-4020 has one of the largest cutting beds on the market, capable of processing 6’x12’ sheets. Our new LC-3015 uses a linear drive for faster transition and material processing. Material thickness up to 3/4" mild steel, 3/8" stainless steel and 3/8" aluminum can be processed.

FORMING

We have two Amada brake presses for precision forming. The HDS 1303 has a 10' bed and 143 ton capacity. This machine is fully CNC controlled, and is on the network —cutting setup times in half. 

FABRICATION

We work closely with a full fabrication shop capable of  MIG, TIG, ARC and spot welding, as well as soldering and brazing. Need a completed assembly? We can cut, form, and weld parts. We are ISO 9001: 2015 certified. Our parts will meet your precision standards, every time.
